Brief description of the open position
HR Specialist/Office Administrator is responsible for talents attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, retention and off-boarding, support in Employer Brand development, office administration and support.
Fulfill HR related tasks:
Actively participate in recruiting process;
Execute on-boarding/off-boarding process;
Maintain HR systems and documentation;
Closely cooperate with employees and management regarding HR projects, policies, and procedures;
Support HR programs to increase employees’ engagement and gather feedbacks accordingly;
Participate in developing and implementing Employer Brand;
Research and analysis of local market situation and trends;
Cooperate with universities, IT communities, etc.
Maintain the office space:
Order and procure all office supplies and equipment;
Maintain and replenish inventory;
Plan office layout;
Cooperate with the landlord on office issues;
Coordinate business trips, assist in the meetings arrangement, logistics etc;
Manage business correspondence and documentation, including vendor invoices, agreement register, and assets register;
Verify receipts of supply and report on office supplies/space utilization etc;
Prepare and maintain the office budget including inventory and asset management;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Assist in solving legal and finance issues with help of internal teams and external service providers.
More than 2 years of experience in HR and Office administration;
Leadership Skills: ability to motivate, discipline, prevent and resolve conflicts;

Effective verbal and written communication skills;
Business correspondence skills at highly proficient level;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to bring things to the end, work independently and make prudent decisions effectively;

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and G-suite;
Time management skills, including the ability to multi-task.
